Pros: Honestly nothing really. There’s a small courtyard but they complain about us going there. The workers onsite are also very attentive and keep the place as clean as they can. Shout out to them. Cons: Staircase is falling apart. Literally a hazard to walk on and it’s a walk up apartment. Onsite laundry is constantly having machines fail. Loud neighbors. Management only responds when they feel like it. Expensive for what you’re getting.
