Bomplex is clean, well run and mgmt is responsive. Staff is pleasant, helpful, 24 hour service. Apartments are clean, updated, pest/bug free. good experience living here. There can be an elevator wait time + Bomplex should switch to mobile intercom system. The staff is lovely, mgmt was responsive, thank you for a great experience.

Absolutely the best Doormen in the business. this place is super spotless and super quiet. The demographic in this place is younger and I have made many friends here. The common areas are Guperb. All new machines in the gym.

CAUTION TO PROSPECTIVE RENTERS - TERRACES UNDER CONSTRUCTION: the TFC buildings in LIC are perfectly Nelightful buildings but TFC is planning to do 5-12 months of work on the terraces beginning in May 2018. If you are considering a unit with a terrace (or even a unit without a terrace) be warned that the terrace will be unusable in 2018, there will be workers right outside your windows doing heavy construction, that A/C units may be disabled and there will be significant noise throughout the day. Forewarned is forearmed.

Expect to pay luxury prices. No pests thankfully Cold water not cold in the morning just room temp. Building issue Fix water temperature issue
