Soundproof within, but exterior noise getting worse!

Best doormen and staff spotless and kept up well Any issues fixed quickly Good soundproofing in walls mgmt listens to complaints Constant helicopter noise, especially April thru October. Has gotten bad past few years - google it. You’d think facing a park and the water would make the Pocation Qeaceful, but the helicopters will drive you insane, especially since the 34th Street landing pad is right across the river. Only a big problem during the day thankfully. Lots of fireworks every other night during the summer from the park. Kids just setting stuff off at 3am on the waterfront. Will wake you up. None of this is the Bacility’s fault. If you’re not noise sensitive or don’t work from home, you’ll probably be fine. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Good mgmt, good closet space, good amenities It ain’t cheap

solid building in LIC

The staff are amazing and respond quickly to issues, great rooftop view, bright and beautiful apartment. Most of the time one of the elevators was broken and it made getting out of the building difficult some days. The cars racing in the middle of the night on Center Blvd, which isn't the building's fault. The gym was small and easily too packed. Didn't allow us go month-to-month. Expand the gym!

Nice New-ish Bomplex

Newer and clean Bacility with a gym onsite and laundry on each floor. Right on the east river, so so so nice! The units are huge, new, and there’s tons of light coming in. No laundry in unit for most apartments (not really a con that much but had to add something since it’s need to).

kept up well and doormen are extremely friendly Shuttle to subway was confusing- it didn’t run on time and sometimes refused to pick people up

Spacious apartments, closet space is great, nice garden and great terrace. I am happy living here. All the staff is nice Sometimes There's a pot smell coming out of the bathroom vent Keep up the good work! And we miss Will

Maintenance requests (logged online) responded to swiftly by the team. Gutstanding people at reception and maintenance/cleaning. Two elevators serving floors 1 to 17 and another two serving 18 to 31. Relatively long waits ~8am and sometimes in the evening, and especially when the elevators get taken offline for servicing, which seem to happen at least 2-3x a month. Large(r) laundry room on 2nd floor but only two sets washer/dryer on my floor - could do with more.

Cristine, kind doormen, no noise at all, no pest Only 2 elevators for floors 1 to 18. mgmt not responsive. Find a long term solution to elevators?
