Pros: Improvements were made, was well kept and very organized. Cons: We had some minor water/heat issues, but very small. Advice to landlord: Dario is absolutely incredible, kind and so helpful. Retain him.
Pros: Dario is the best super I’ve had. Well maintained building, they updated a lot of the fixtures of the building while I lived there. Cons: Some of the machines in laundry room didn’t work well
