Pros: Environmentally friendly buidling Cons: Inadequate heat, inadequate a/c (both centrally controlled with extremely limited range for tenants, i.e. less than 10°F). Advice to landlord: Provide tenants with adequate control of apartment temperature.

Unit 3F Pros: Elevator always work Cons: Front door key fob doesn’t work sometimes so you can literally be standing outside for a hr until somebody comes out the building. Advice to landlord: Why i can’t control the heat in my apartment if im oaying $1700 in rent. If i want my house to feel like a sauna that’s my choice i have never walked in my apartment and it was warm i got space heaters in my room my sons room and the living room so my light bill in incredibly high

Pros: Spacious and that it Cons: The Air/heat system never works. Property management staff barely communicate to their tenants or get things fix in timely manner. Also, the cleanliness in the laundry room is gotten too bad. They don't even clean the washers and dryers properly. Advice to landlord: Stop hiding, actually communicate to your tenants and actually do your job that we pay you for.
