Pros: - Door staff are nice. Views are really good. Cons: - There is a roach problem - lots of small roaches coming up through drains. - Strange smells

Pros: Next to Botanical garden. Open air. Cons: Front desk and super is rude. Garbage management is bad. No pest control. Advice to landlord: Front desk and super is rude. Garbage management is bad. No pest control.
