Pros: Friendly staff and responsive management team Cons: Some of the people that live here think they live alone and make a lot of noise. Have loud arguments in the hallways . Food and noise travels easily

Unit 7M Pros: The cleaning of common spaces was well. The concierge staff was always really nice. The appliances worked well. The insulation is great so we did not have to use much heat which kept the bills down in cold months. Cons: The room can feel small. The dishwasher, gym are also small. The system to use common spaces can be made a bit more efficient. They took money out of the deposit at the end without giving an itemized cost of what it was for. There was no reason for that since the apartment was left in pristine condition. The experience was soured with how it ended. There was no need to be shady with the money. Advice to landlord: Don't be shady

Unit 7E Pros: Close to major subway hub and convenient to restaurants and stores. Super and front desk staff were fantastic Cons: Management does not respond to inquiries, especially time-sensitive requests. They were very slow to return security deposits and require checks be mailed 3 blocks away with no other options. Dirty windows with no plan to clean. Thin walls and small units. Advice to landlord: Responsive management would go a long way.
