Pros: Nearby restaurants are very good. Cons: Terrible maintenance. Trash management is disgusting and at the entrance overflowing all the time. When the super comes to repair anything it’s always a half assed job and you have to call him again. Advice to landlord: Lower the rent or renovate.

Pros: Great location and nice landlady. Cons: The garbage situation isn’t great. You have to walk right past the bins as you leave the building. There have been problems with mice and roaches but we’ve treated it and it seems to be under control. Advice to landlord: Being able to email or speak on the telephone instead of just texting would be good.
