Unit 301 Pros: I am happy in this building and plan to stay a while. We haven't had any pest issues, and we love the Super, Pancho. You have do do some things on your own, and everything isn't perfect - the space is huge, rent price is comparable for the neighborhood, and the views are beautiful. They leave you alone, and you can manage yourself/apartment. I like my neighbors, and love that our dog has so much space and the ability to hang out at the nearby park on McKibbin in non-winter months. Cons: Neighbor directly below us smokes cigarettes and it comes into our bedroom and bathroom. The owners seem to be trying to help and send warnings, but whomever lives down there does not care.

Pros: Lot's of square footage in the units Well located for transit, bars, restaurants, etc Decently quiet, normal neighbors compared to other rowdier Bushwick party lofts Cons: The heaters in the units hardly every work properly and the landlords are extremely slow to respond. I have spent several winters without properly functioning heat and received little to no discount on rent for those months. Many tenants are in legal litigations with the landlords and you can tell there's something fishy going on. Basically nothing is up to any kind of residential code but it's nearly impossible to report anything because the building is controlled by the loft board and you can't make reports through 311. Advice to landlord: Provide your tenants with living conditions that you yourself would accept

Unit 100 Pros: The units are huge, ceilings are super tall. These spaces are blank canvases. Cons: Old counters and sinks. Windows also look somewhat old and intercom doesn’t work. Advice to landlord: Fixing the intercom and have better trash management

Pros: Great location and rooftop view, pretty large spaces, monthly extermination service Cons: No recycling, more than the occasional roach, useless super, unreliable heating, outdated crumbling, poorly maintained bathrooms, buzzers do not work, crazy leaks from the ceiling during bad rainstorms. issue NEVER addressed Advice to landlord: Fix the door buzzers, get recycling, and update the bathrooms and leak issue!!!

Pros: Location and large rooms. Cons: Terrible water pressure in the showers, the odd cockroach running around, loud Wonton factory across the street getting multiple truck deliveries every day, occasional flooding from apartment above. Advice to landlord: Fully clean and repaint a room after someone moves out. Was scrubbing grease off every kitchen surface for a week after I moved in. Walls are punctured with holes from old hanging and wall mount anchors.

Pros: Its alot of space for a loft, and actually well built rooms. Cons: Shitty management doesnt do anything, the live in super sucks (pancho) Was lied about being able tio use the rooftop Advice to landlord: Please hire an assistant for the poor super, and treat him with dignity.

Pros: if you know what to google you can find everything you need to know in the news. google every name they give you bc they use multiple names. this includes civil lawsuits as well as criminal cases. They also have a creepy super and realtor who both trespass without notice. They spy on all their tenants. All that CCTV and the packages still get stolen, because theyre only using it to surveil the tenants who are suing them Cons: dirty. busted. they never fix the front doors to stay shut so packages have been getting stolen all year. landlord is useless and his business partner is infamous. find him in the nypost. slumlords deserve what they get. Advice to landlord: read the lease.

Pros: cool area near art galleries Cons: I don’t think they’ve mopped once all year. the halls are disgusting. Everytime there’s a storm you hear wind whistling in the halls. Building is not secure or insulated well. Advice to landlord: Fix entrances to properly open and lock
