Unit D3 Pros: Very clean, responsive management, respectful long term neighbors Cons: No elevator, laundry, or dishwasher. Barebones but everything it does have works perfectly Advice to landlord: Everything is great honestly

Pros: Old pre war building, well maintained, clean. I’ve been living here more than 10 years and I appreciate when the owner came to me with the offer of lowering my rent. Cons: Building is old. Advice to landlord: You’re doing a great job!
