Pros: Very cool space, generally nice neighbors. Usually clean. Cons: Hallways leak when it storms. Just an old building. Management try’s to take care of the issues that occur but it seems many occur. Advice to landlord: Update the building for the residents, not the empty space downstairs.

Pros: But windows spacious units and access to large rooftop with great views for sunset Cons: Exposed wiring in building, leaking stairwells and windows in unit. One bed bug incident that I managed to resolve myself. Poor kitchen set up. I rented a rooM and landlord wouldn’t even put a door on. I had to purchase my own door and pay someone to install it for my bedroom. Advice to landlord: Renovate the building

Advice to landlord: Stop being a corrupt slumlord who pays off the loft board.
