Unit 402 Pros: Close to subway and mall Cons: Poor management, laundry room has lots of broken washers and dryers, heat is not included, you will pay a huge electrical bills Advice to landlord: They don’t care

Pros: Location was convenient. Cons: Mice have entered apartment multiple times, there are mice in common areas, and con Edison is directly asking renters to pay rent to con ed because of unpaid debts. I don’t recommend this location. There is occasionally pet urine and feces in elevators which is disgusting. Advice to landlord: Invest in the building so your tenants stay longer and you can pay your bills

Pros: Love the gym and coworking space. Very clean. Love the concierge. Any repairs I need are done immediately. Also the roof is incredible. Cons: Rents expensive but it's worth it. Stairs to the roof kinda grimy but that's it. Advice to landlord: No complaints here except if the stairs to the roof could be cleaned.

Pros: Spacious apartments and great location Cons: Poor response time to tenant requests, issues with package theft, poor upkeep of amenities (on-floor laundry, gym, community area), ceiling leaks, poor surveillance (plenty of blind spots in high traffic areas)

Pros: Free gym (very small, but it works) Nice lounge area, you can host bday parties or other get togethers, although they turn the lights off at around 8pm or 9pm Tons of natural light Pet friendly Laundry on every floor, however almost all of the machines are out of order now, but they were fine when we initially moved in Cons: Recently changed so that tenants do not have access to package room and would have to ask doorman to retrieve packages (no notification when you do receive one) A lot of noise in the hallways, the front door doesn’t block sound out at all. It’s also extremely loud when you close the door If you have your window open, your front door will move and sound like it’s constantly opening and closing (it’s not) Daycare in building, if you live in the “inner” units facing the playground, you’ll hear children screaming every day $20 laundry card if you would like to use laundry in building, this does not go towards your laundry credit. Just the card itself (one time purchase unless you lose it)
