Unit 51H Pros: Clean, soundproof, high ceilings, laundry in unit, excellent facilities. Cons: They jack up the water + electric. Rent is high but unfortunately in line with market value. They constantly raise facilities rates without telling people. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants who pay rent better than those who don't.

Pros: -mgt has improved over the years, more firm implementing rules that benefit the community -private park, amenities bldg, security, social activities sponsored by mgt foster a sense of community, improved diversity of tenants Cons: -garbage disposal has always been an issue, but is mostly due to some tenants that are inconsiderate, mgt has been trying to take action Advice to landlord: getting better, keep improving

Pros: Building well maintained and clean. Nice garden area. Fitness center access costs extra - just increased to $119/month. Includes access to indoor and outdoor pool. Immediately surrounding area is quiet and clean - clearly the area gentrified considerably over the past decade. Heavy Asian (Chinese?) population in building. Food trucks outside the building in the evenings. Nice market (city acres) and food hall across the street. Extremely convenient subway access Cons: Some units get considerable noise from subway.

Pros: Proximity to subway , shopping, highways. Cons: There were many issues: poor security (homeless person snuck into a security card controlled elevator onto our floor), garbage room always dirty and overfilled, carts are rarely returned to lobby and there is no oversight for this, a heat complaint was ignored for over 72 hours. The tenants are young and it feels more like a dorm community where no one cares about the building or those living in it.( Shortly after we moved in, there was dog excrement in the middle of the lobby) Advice to landlord: Need better management, better oversight for everyone.
