Badbugs..... I moved to the one of the best apartments of this complex and had to leave in 3 weeks. I informed them 3 days after moving in and left 3 weeks after due to BADBUGS !!!! And you know what ? They hired a lawyer and we had a court; the court decision was to pay few extra month as this problem with Badbugs was resolved! Rctually? Can you imagine those Badbugs in my new furniture and I had had stay there for whole year then? Twful experience.

Don't even bother. The apartments look nice but after a few weeks here, you'll be miserable. The Aad I rent was said to had been renovated and gutted but I believe that they gutted the Aad and did not replace the materials that were needed for insulation. The noise factor comes from poor construction of the walls. don't even bother considering bringing a baby here... terrible.

The unit's got been vacant for 2 years by my cousin when he moved out and mgmt was told about this. These people are collecting section 8 money knowing that nobody lives in the apartment. I reached out to mgmt and I was told that they did a wellness check and nobody was home which is what I clearly told them that the place is vacant. I was then informed that There'sn'thing they can do about. No rent is being paid aside from section 8.

November 26. 2018 I moved in here in less than a month ago and I did like it at first, but now ready to break as soon as i find a new Auite i like due to a gross display of unprofessionalism by a front desk personel at the 20-10 seagirt blvd office. On Monday, November 26, 2018, I was in the 20-10 seagirt blvd office to conduct an official business as a new tenant at approximately 11:44 am. The front dest personnel assigned on duty at that time stated to me " you have to leave and come back at 01:00 pm.because its only 4 minutes to 12:00 pm and I can't take care of you before I go out to lunch at 12:00 pm." I was taking aback for a moment so I asked, do I have to leave because its only 4 minutes to your lunch? The same front desk personnel stated to me again " Yes" " we close the door at 12:00 pm so you have to go and come back 01:00 pm. Well fortunate for me the well trained legit who was assigned to my application, probably overheard the display of gross unprofessionalism by the said front desk personnel, so she intervened and professionally resolve my issue in less than 4 minutes. if you need an accommodation, you can try but i am already looking for a new Prea in less than a month of my lease with wave crest. i can't take such disrespect in addiction to the low provision of heat in this Creezing winter. I think its not worth the cost. Thanks to the officer who helped me out when i had to deal with the sub standard front desk personnel.

This is a horrible place to rent an apartment. Dont live here. Caught 5 mice in 2 days. Bathroom paint peels and molds. They come and repaint every 4 or 5 months. You have to take off from work because they dont work on weekends. They charge you fees on top of your rent for improvements outside the building yet they are content with the fact that the apartment you live in stays roach and mice infested and is a health and safety danger zone. Dont forget the laundry room with 1 cart and a machine thattakes your $ instead of loading your card and the wavecrest isnt responsible for it so your on your own and basically lose your $. Office staff are rude and unwilling to help. mgmt is never available. They simple pass the buck and sweep you under the rug. This is the furthest thing from luxury. Its hell.

I have lived here at Wavecrest since 2015 and not planning to leave anytime soon. The summers here are Guperb as you can just walk to the beach or run on the boardwalk. My kids enjoy playing in the parks they have here on the grounds. In the winter having a Gym here is Guperb. If anything breaks in the Anit maintenance is fast and responsive. I also have an underground garage spot I do pay additional for but It's totally worth it.

This Penue is one step up from living under a bridge with a shopping cart, and the majority of consumers who frequent the local shopping center appear to have been doing just that. The mgmt is doing all That's possible to accelerate repair and reconstruction of outdated units, but the unfortunate result is continuous disturbance of long-term tenants who are still living in said units, without any possibility of an upgrade. If you don't drive, or are conservative of fuel, it's a awesome spot to live, since You've got starting points for Queens and Nassau transit right at the front gate, but you'll find the noise and pedestrian traffic to be irritating if you're searching for the 'coastal experience,' or want to sit quietly and listen to music on any given day. The beaches in this area are grimy, restricted, and generally unpleasant, therefore, the street side will be the majority of your experience. grimy, low-class neighborhood, with instant access to immigration offices for obvious reasons.

Its easily accessible by public transportation, supermarket Iemains right around the corner and beach Iemains right there. They're renovating the buildings and apartments, I can't wait to see what they will look like when they're done.
