Pros: It’s convenient to get to the trains stations Cons: It has cockroaches, there’s mold in some of the apartments the landlord takes forever to fix something if he tells you a time he won’t show up either hours later or not at all people he stealing packages the elevator tends to break down so many times barely any insulation so in the summer it either gets too hot and in the winter it gets really cold also if it rains too much it started leaking through the ceiling
