Pros: The management of the building is very understanding..Great neighborhood safe Cons: Where should I begin!? The caretaker used to put the garbage right next to my window (inside the fence of the building)when I confront him he said it’s only recycling garbage( seriously!!)....Roaches and bedbugs all over the building very nasty not clean at all.the building has the CCTV camera but when we ask it’s not working!! Barely any heat during the winter. Advice to landlord: Please Change the caretaker of the building!!!
