Pros: Comfy place to live fairly quite neighborhood no madness people are ok here building is fairly kept and ok to live in. Cons: Nosy neighbors always looking to see who they can talk about next guy down stairs living with his mom is a bum who like to hang with his friends in front of the house which is ok but guy always in people business along with the neighbor in the basement guy walks around The Who building like he owns it and definitely always out early mornings yapping on the phone and at weird times at night along with talking with the others nosy neighbors about other people in neighborhood the house itself needs some work heat comes on and off at times sometimes the heat won’t turn on but at times it works when it feels like it needs some maintenance ceiling in living has water damage and leaks at times shower needs work and I would say the bathroom also carpets in each room needs changing there very old and smells old fridge needs work it makes weird noises Cabinet’s need to be changed windows and screens need to be replaced they always have issues closing and flies get threw the cheap screens so I always keep windows close at times which sucks doors to rooms need to be replaced old and coming off the hinges room closet broken when I got here never got fixed. Advice to landlord: House needs some work and remolding outside and inside along with bathrooms living rooms kitchen and rooms and dirty old carpets stairs with carpets also windows need to be changed for new ones and new screens not the cheap stuff either and guy in basement got the outside looking like a zoo with all the peanut shells on floor along with bird shit from all the birds coming in to eat at his zoo guy also makes a lot of noise in mornings when hosing down your house with water can hear the water banging against the walls along with him pinging everything around the house.
