The doormen and porters are amazing. The super is so responsive—anytime I had an issue it was addressed immediately. The walls are thick—rarely hear my neighbors. Building only allows dogs under 25 pounds. Would love to see a more flexible dog size policy.

mgmt and staff are responsive and friendly. Views of water are incredible. Bedrooms are generously sized. Window insulation isn't good. Gets cold in winter and hot in summer.
