A 4 hr trip waisted. Because I lost my driver's license. Even though I had a digital copy front and back and a state id of another type. You would think they would have compassion or make an exception. So sad. And they think I'll come back? So stupid!

I put my package in front of my apartment for a while, and it was stolen by someone within a few minutes. The Octagon refused to offer footage even though I reported it to NYPD. It's not a safe place to stay.

The octagon is a wonderful place to live, they help guide you to the home of your dream. The Amenities are amazing. The other tenants and management are really sweet. Management listens and try there best to solve any issues you may have. The whole apartment complex is really clean inside and out. It’s quite, relaxing, and peaceful. The octagon is the place to call home. Cera is a wonderful manger. Find your new home at The octagon !!!

Our clients' information was stolen by a competitor, who without our clients‘ knowledge or consent, directly applied for a room at the Octagon by using their identity. After discovering this malicious identity theft, the clients contacted us for help. We immediately reached out to the Octagon leasing office, and together we took prompt action to stop this malignant behavior and protect the interests and privacy of our clients. Without the assistance of the Octagon leasing office, it would not have been possible to resolve the issue so effectively. Their quick action and ability to navigate the situation with poise and tact played a crucial role in safeguarding our client's best interests. Their diligence and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful to have them as a partner in this industry. It’s a pleasure of living at The Octagon on Roosevelt Island. The staff at this luxury residential complex are exceptional, and I must give special mention to Guillermo Sanchez, a maintenance staff member, who was always prompt, courteous, and efficient in addressing any issues that arose. Cai and Cera in leasing were also excellent to work with! They were knowledgeable about the property and were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I found the right apartment that fit my needs. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the leasing process a breeze. Jennifer, the assistant general manager, was also a pleasure to interact with. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and her warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Finally, James, the general manager, was a true leader, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals who worked tirelessly to ensure that The Octagon was always maintained to the highest standards. Overall, I would highly recommend The Octagon on Roosevelt Island to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable living experience. The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home, and their dedication to providing top-notch customer service is truly remarkable especially with some of the most entitled and demanding of residents. The Octagon has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We (Guided Fitness) provide The Octagon residents with on-site fitness services every week. We are on-site frequently so it is critical that we have seamless building access and reliable communication with the on-site management team. The Octagon on-site management team is sharp and delivers on these needs with strong communication and quick responsiveness. They ensure building access for our providers is seamless, reducing stress for everyone involved. You can tell The Octagon deeply cares about their resident experiences AND vendors who serve the community. 100% delivering on their mission. The Octagon’s staff is one of the best teams we have ever worked with. Special acknowledgements – Cera, Cai, and Jennifer are SO on-top of it. The Octagon has a robust resident events schedule so it can be easy for events to conflict. They are great at getting out in front of potential time conflicts and communicating with our team. For any inquiries or follow-ups from my team, Cera and Cai have often responded within a couple hours. Which is so refreshing as a vendor, we often don’t hear back from communities until the next day. THANKS Octagon team!

My husband and I stopped in to see this place as a potential new place to live and I have nothing but great things to say. It was beautiful, clean and everyone seemed friendly. Cera was patient answered all of our (many) questions and was just delightful to deal with. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely exceptional! I’m trying to transition from DC to NY and was happy with my decision to check this place out. The Octagon impressed me with the interiors and amenities that I’m accustomed to having. Most impressive was the level of service that I received from Cera. I recently toured The Octagon and what a beautiful place! Everything about this property looks and feels like a place you would want to live. It is so aesthetically pleasing and has such spacious apartments. While I am still unsure if making the move to NY is in my cards yet, I know that The Octagon will be my first choice if I end up pulling the trigger. Definitely look into this community if you plan on relocating to the area - it is worth it! The team was so helpful and friendly as well

Super clean building a bit pricey but we all know you get what you pay for. Just signed my lease and excited to move in to my new apartment- I picked a studio, and I love that it’s south facing. Tons of light and great views. Cai and Cera were super helpful too, quick approval process.
