Unit 12 Pros: GREAT location. Amazing street with a lot going on but not too loud. Wide staircase that makes moving in and out easier. Rooftop is a plus. Cons: It's a pre-war building so everything is just very old and breaks often. I'm not sure if the other units were like ours, but our apartment was VERY overpriced. Paid $5,800 for a very, very tiny, dark place. Just beware and make sure to tour before!

Pros: Kind super, improved dramatically over the time we lived there. Used to get packages stolen every day. They haven’t been stolen in over a year. Cons: Lazy management. Leaks in the roof always. Expensive for what it was. Dirty af when we moved in

Unit 15 Pros: The location is amazing. Close to all the fun in the LES without being right on top of it. And there's laundry in this unit. Cons: The AC doesn't work when it's over 85 degrees. And it's small. Advice to landlord: Fix the central air.

Pros: Great location and decent space/apartment unit amenities for the area Cons: Noisy - both inside and outside. Management was really uncommunicative with residents - to the point that when there was major renovation work, we weren't even notified until we opened our unit's door and had a plastic sheet covering our entrance. Advice to landlord: Better communication with residents would go a long way

Pros: My unit had great natural light but many others were not so lucky. Be wary and don’t move in here sight unseen. Cons: Broken appliances upon move in that took months to fix. Beware of false advertising and misleading information. No security cameras and only some units have roof access. No response from management even during emergencies. Malfunctions with heat and AC at frequent. You’re on your own if you move in here management and the super are useless. Advice to landlord: Respond to tenants, at the very least do the bare minimum of your job.
