Elevator broken, halls and staircases have not been painted in over 18 years. Dirty, nasty- cameras do not work. Advice to landlord: Urgent repairs needed building has fell apart. Pros: Great location near all transportation Cons: There have been no upgrades or capital improvements since opening. Filthy hallways and stairwells. Many tenants are just as filthy. Hazards with equipment especially elevators. No security cameras. No fire alarm system. Loitering. Incorrect additional charges. Non-responsive management! Advice to landlord: Get it fixed. That's all tenants want. A decent home and responsive management.
