Pros: Less expensive and close to the A train, good Super Cons: Old building, been dealing with cockroaches and a reeking smell in our apartment ever since moving in. Management unresponsive except when threatening to call 311.

Pros: Quiet, peaceful, lots of light. Cons: Terrible lunatic neighbor in 6B. Unresponsive when fixes are requested. Advice to landlord: Be more involved in the needs of your tenants.

Pros: large space, great location near train Cons: rodents everywhere. outside in the entry and in the apartments. water leaking Advice to landlord: get a pro service to get rid of the rodents. its bad!
