Pros: Nice doorman and package staff. Cons: Management takes very long to reply. Will offer a renewal but forces you to sign it within a day otherwise the rent will go up. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants like people.

Unit 19A Pros: First apartment I moved to in NYC. W/D in Unit, located right by the west side highway for citi bikes, no pests or trash on the sidewalk. Safe building and many more benefits such as the roof deck. Cons: Location is great as far as being secluded but no nyc charm. It's very cold but clean. Very expensive for being in midtown as well. Advice to landlord: Fix the tennis court and it would be a hard place to leave

Unit 36A Pros: - Friendly doormen and staff - Easy trash disposal - Great views - Clean lobby - Easy to contact super for maintenance Cons: - 1 elevator (out of the 4 for the building) is frequently broken - The indoor dog area is cleaned only sporadically - Very hot in winter and difficult to balance temperature; AC is weak in summertime and fans are necessary - Hardware on fridge and toilets became loose frequently - Raised rent by $500 after first year Advice to landlord: New elevator, better temperature regulation and more frequent cleaning of dog area; rents raised too quickly based on market

Pros: On the outside, it looks really nice. Its clean and views are nice Cons: Elevators are always broken causing 15-20 mins just to get onto one Responsiveness to get something fixed often takes a few follow ups They will jack up your rent like crazy Wifi on roof doesnt work/slow Gym really sucks for a luxury building. Everything is broken in there and they wont replace it. Advice to landlord: PLEASE maintain the building better!

Unit 34A Pros: Clean and friendly building, responsive to apartment issues, and heat/AC/water work well Cons: Lack of accountability and ownership for who owns what issue. The building clearly charged a bit less than surrounding areas in exchange for lax assistance Advice to landlord: Share contacts upon move-in

Pros: It's close to good restaurants and apartments are bigger than normal. Cons: Elevators, staff, "gym". Building is falling apart. If you read the reviews on Yelp, the property owner tries to gaslight Yelpers. Advice to landlord: Fix your building.

Pros: Lobby is nice. Units are relatively clean and new feeling Cons: Lied about amenities. Broken elevators. Management does NOT fix anything. Broken stove and toilet since I moved in and nothing has been done for 4 months. 4 elevators for nearly 50 floors and one has been broken for approx 2 months now. The others occasionally break down as well. They’ll start moving, get stuck, play an alarm and return to the lobby. Sometimes they have NO lights and the front desk laughs telling you not to be afraid of the dark. Difficult hours to pick up mail. Not to mention the lack of ceiling lights 👏 Advice to landlord: Fix the unsafe elevators. Fix the broken appliances before a new tenant moves in. Actually take care of our problems that we are paying SO much to live here
