Pros: Clean beautiful first class living! Great staff, lively apartments. They are the most responsive management in the world! Seriously great. Cons: Street noise. Lots of traffic and honking due to the Lincoln tunnel entrance being near the building. The city needs better traffic control here. Advice to landlord: None! This building is awesome.

Pros: Wonderful service Quick maintenance response Good neighbors Nice amenities Cons: Sometimes I feel it’s not very safe to walk through the neighborhood/Times Square area. The building itself has no cons to me.

Pros: Immaculate building. Great doormen and amazing porters and maintenance staff. Incredible facilities. Responsive. Cons: Very expensive rent Advice to landlord: I bet if you were more reasonable with prices, the building would be full!
