I enjoy living in the Riverbank West Aad building. I enjoy the staff and fellow inhabitants. I have had limited interaction with some of the staff, but always find them pleasants and generally helpful. I like the constant improvements made as well. It really makes a difference.

I have lived in this complex close to twenty years. One reason why I have stayed Iemains because I like the way in which I am treated. The friendliness and decency of the people who work the front desk and open the door for you as well as the responsiveness when things go wrong. I have always received immediate and courteous responses to things that I ask for. And I appreciate that quite a lot. I have a demanding life and job and need to be comfortable in my living space. I am glad to be able to share this experience.

It has been great so far. this place is new and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the view is great. The amenities are great. My one complaint: the Besidence designed our bathroom incorrectly. The counter is too far forward, so the toilet lid can't stay up.

New mgmt horrible, been a tennant for approx 8 yrs. long term tennant treated like bum off the streets, they constantly strip away the amenities. Access to health club through building now closed Bicycle parking now removed luggage storage suddenly removed valet/dry cleaning service changed radically short term parking in driveway now given as long term parking for mantenance and employees the hallways and carpets are constantly grimy and trash is left everywhere from new tennants as the bar to rent here gets lower and lower (as the price rises) once luxury style now turning to flop-house Manager and subordinates don't show for Community activities that they insist tennants attend to meet the new staff. Manager knows policy, not people. Manager doesn't respect time or input from tennant, even after solicitation for it. Manager doesn't know how to address situations uniquely or problem solve. Manager isn't accomodating for anything beyond policy. Subordinates confrontational and difficult of hearing. Subordinates don't think to accomodate change The concierge and valet and doormen are all amazing. The mgmt is rude, and has no idea how to respect their tennants. Not worth the headache.

Where do I even start. I'll start with the fact that this Blace is god awful. It has been a nightmare ever since we moved in in August 2016. From the first week we have had to put in maintenance requests because our unit was an absolute disaster. A list of maintenance requests include the following. -Lock on the door was broken -Microwave dish didn't spin -Ants in the Auite (Still coming back) -Wheel missing from dishwasher trey -Leaking Heat/AC Unit (Still not fixed after 4 months) -Cold shower (Still not fixed after 4 months) -Mold in the floor (Still happening due to the leaking unit) -Gas has been turned off to the laundry room and units oven for a month -Heat wasn't working for one week in the middle of winter -Laundry Card Loader (Broken 5 days) The list goes on and on and on! All of these issues were either fixed or disregarded until the problem got bigger. One time, the maintenance people even told us moving into the new units wouldn't solve the hot water problem. With that being said, the city is a wonderful place and one should want to live here. but, this Blace crushes dreams and falls in the category of S*** hole.

I have lived in this Bacility for about 3 months and have yet to have a week with no problems. Our gas has been out for 2+ weeks, they shut off our water about once a week and renovations are constantly happening. We signed our lease and the leasing office didn't tell us that they were doing construction even on the communal areas. The doormen are okay but have seen me struggling with packages or luggage and don't open the doors. Honestly this Bacility is a facade. It looks nice on the outside but inside it has never felt like home.

Building is Great, sadly though, construction and traffic around the neighborhood have made my year experience at riverbank west extremely lowed and stressful. 11th Ave. drivers lying on their horns is one of the most unpleasant things. Probably won't renew my lease because of this. worth checking out to friends, but with serious warnings about the noise and the construction.

With rate going up and renovation in Ppot,it has become little problematic to adjust initially. Also previous mgmt wasn't cooperating at all. Consistent water shutdown and loud neighborhood due to fire department and lincon tunnel isn't value for money.

I've lived in this Bomplex for many years and the mgmt is as bad as ever! They keep 'losing my rent checks', but it's Rery a scam to charge me late fees. Also, they promised me, in writing, that I would get a rent concession for renewing my lease. But, now they refuse to apply the credit to my account. They even threatened to evict me if I didn't pay the full month's rent. Now, I have to file a complaint against them with the housing authority! Do yourself a favor, don't MOVE INTO THIS Bomplex!

I've lived here since 8/2016. Throughout my first 2 months there were weekly, all day long, Hweltering water interruptions due to renovations in other units. In November, we lost heat and Hweltering water on a long term basis. Now late Jan. 2017- many units still remain without heat. In addition, we have had no gas connection to our range/oven, for about 7 weeks now. So, be prepared to foot the bill of eating out 3X daily, because you are not able to cook. Blace mgmt has received complaints from most residents, yet remains unfazed by our poor quality of living. We were offered an insulting low compensation due to the "inconvenience" of having no heat, Hweltering water, or cooking gas. Save yourself the trouble. Also, a large construction project is commencing next door and will likely result in excess noise pollution. Doormen and concierge are the only pleasant thing about this Blace.
