Pros: The apartment is well- made and well- maintained. The doormen are the best. The living room area was large and spacious. Maintenance always responded quickly. Would move back if it was cheaper. Cons: One time pet fee

Pros: Staff hands down the best, maintenance is prompt and responsive. Ambience is great. Cons: Amenities are extra which is a bit much for the luxury price tag. Using the common area - even if you don't want to use the gym which is Equinox - you still need to pat $150 a month. Advice to landlord: Please separate usage of common spaces from gym. Common areas should be free.

Pros: Great windows, responsive and thoughtful management, secure building, and great upkeep. Cons: No rooftop, amenities are not included in rent and rather pricy per person.

Unit 47D Pros: Basketball court, front desk guys are awesome, top notch all the way. Incredible views Cons: Nothing really. No cons. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work

Unit 54F Pros: Gorgeous inside and out, another Related property that doesn’t disappoint! Great front desk staff, everyone is super thoughtful and genuine. Common areas feel super luxurious and pristine. Cons: There is none! Would recommend anyone who’s got the budget! Advice to landlord: Please don’t change! Best developer in NYC!

Pros: Professional management company Cons: Some tenants are questionable
