Unit 516 Pros: Management is super responsive to any maintenance requests. Nest controls for heat/ac are super convenient. Cons: Laundry is really expensive - $3.50 for each wash and again for each dry

Unit 821 Pros: Clean Quiet Building staff was great/friendly/helpful Cons: Only allowed 2 extra people per unit on the roof at a time Units facing the courtyard didn’t get much light Moving was a hassle with only certain days/hours allowed and only able to reserve the elevator for 2 hrs Furnishing Apt is a hassle because you have to schedule a time for delivery with the delivery garage and frate elevator even if you don’t know exactly when the item will arrive Advice to landlord: Be a little more lax with moving in/out, it’s stressful enough there’s no need to make it even harder
