I think It's Renuinely good. location-wise, it's easy a lot of public transportation close by. There was a market opened every weekend and the grocery store is right downstairs. A lot of different big franchised stores close by

Everyone from the Leasing Office to the Maintenance Staff are courteous, helpful and pleasant and we always feel that they are looking out for us. You can't beat the location. Subways, restaurants, shopping, are right outside your door. The new outside patio area with barbecue facilities and picnic tables is such a bonus. You can feel like you're experiencing a bit of the outdoors right in the heart of the City. We also appreciate that There's a fitness center and beautifully appointed club for the tenants. We could go on and on about how pleased we are with the building.

Well constructed and kept up well building. Units are generally quiet although you can easily hear hallway noise/conversations. Zero flexibility for early termination of a lease (typical NYC) Leasing manager pesters annoyingly at the time of renewal. Concierge and staff are friendly and observant of each tenants coming, goings and guests. worth checking out if you desirea generic all amenity NYC building.

the above review was probably written by the socalled property manager who just arrived from outer space and has not adjusted to 21st century american culture or by the irish expat super who is really stupid/the concierge staff are poorly educated and are known tgo harass tenants to move if mgmt doesn't approve of them/ moist tenants are rude and pretentious and easily trick managent/ THE MOST FAMOUS TENANT WAS ASHLEY DUPREE the infamous ----- that cost spitzer his job as governor. you will like the Blace more when you see gay men kissing or making out in the elevators,or follow other resident hookers to starbucks to pick up their next trick mgmt SUCKS THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF DUMMIES AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE managing firm is a dumb pompous ---/ MANAGING STAFF and executives make 3rd world country proud- wait to you meet EMILY. beware she is lethal don't even think of living there.

I found that many of the tenants are not friendly, and it appears they are not concerned about leaving the roof top terrace clean after using it. This behavior surprise me, seen the reviews were pretty good before I decides to moved into this Besidence.
