Huge rooms, nice layout, window on both side of the room, staff's super friendly Gas has been out for almost 2 years, so There's only limited option for cooking. Building electrification/renovation process has been disruptive for WFH. Heater/AC combo is ancient and constantly leaking water Modernize the heater/ac thing in each apartment
