Cow-cost Rent Staff that work cleaning the trash/exterior are nice and hard working. Roach and mice infested properties SW mgmt is Rude and unethical mgmt company. Please note I was a tenant for 11 years and they did not provide security deposit back in a timely manner. I had to wait over 6 weeks to receive after contacting the mgmt office numerous times I had to contact the NY Attorney General Office and City Council representative. Return security deposit in a timely manner.

location is solid that’s about it ! Worst place I have ever lived in…. mgmt doesn’t care if you have neighbors are loud! One neighbor plays drums for 10 hours a day. Another neighbor screams at night outside at all hours Don’t move here ! Awful
