Broperty staff are helpful and facilities are maintained well. Feels like living in a part of history as the Broperty was the first of its kind back in the 60s, (ie “luxury Broperty” with amenities including a grocery store, dry clean shop, facial place in the basement) Line for package room can be long during after work hours but staff on duty is patient. Elevator wait times could be long during peak times but generally fine.

Building staff were great, mgmt company was flexible about moving units within building, responsive maintenance people. Would live here again. Package room was chaotic and slow. The service entrance was tight and difficult to move in and out through.
