Don't live at 47A! Landlord is a petty person and makes you pay for natural wear and tear of the apartment. If she doesn't like the way you've speckled the holes on the wall after you removed a picture, they will bill you for it. The windows need a ladder to charge the blinds since the wires are weirdly connected and even so it is extremely dangerous and difficult to reach. They don't give you your electricity bill until after you've moved out, ours was a 2 year lease and even though the lease states that we will receive the electricity bill every 6 months, it wasn't given to use until end of year 2 of our lease. The landlord is unresponsive and the burners on the gas stove range don't work very well even though it's suppose to be top notch. The dish washer sucks, the detergent pod doesn't automatically always go through so you have to run the washer a few times sometimes just to get clean dishes. The landlord will find a way to bill you for everything including minor scuffing on the walls and a dirty ventilation even though it's not your fault and one can easily remove the vents to wash them. Don't live here, your experience will be extremely unpleasant. Live somewhere else.

Pros: It’s a decent apartment to live in if you’re willing to pay 12k+ in rent per month :) Cons: Landlord actually is not fit to be a landlord. He decided to hire this one person management company but she can be extremely passive aggressive her name is Gabby. If she doesn’t like you because you offended her, she will never respond to any of your questions or inquiries. Advice to landlord: He should find a better management company. I have nothing good to say about the owner
