The Bacility is relatively new (less than a decade old), and It's They keep this place nice. The staff is kind and welcoming, and they keep all the common areas clean. The maintenance staff is responsive. Everything is fixed within a day unless it’s a large repair. We had a leak on our Apace, and they took care of everything. There are no bugs and no rodents. The rooftop area is gorgeous and has electric grills. Bacility and neighborhood are quiet. Trash rooms are on every floor, with a trash chute and recycling bins that are emptied daily. There’s only one train line, which is inconvenient when the F train is doing weird things like on weekends or late at night. Air conditioning/heating is done through packaged terminal air units. This provides custom control to each unit, but there’s no way to connect it to an app so that you can reduce your energy consumption. It’s bright at night because of LIC. Blackout curtains recommended. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves.
