Unit 1W Pros: The neighbors are really nice. And the rent isn’t too expensive. Cons: Packages sometimes gets stolen

Pros: -clean building -on-site super is very responsive to requests -nice neighborhood Cons: -buzzer can be glitchy -had water leakage a couple of times throughout the year

Pros: Very clean and quiet, good neighbors, no pests, buzzer system has video, super is really nice Cons: management can be slow at responding, occasional build-up of trash in courtyard, buzzer system sometimes glitchy, had a package stolen once (only once though). Very high rent prices for the tiny rooms
