Pros: Very clean and quiet, good neighbors, no pests, buzzer system has video, super is really nice Cons: management can be slow at responding, occasional build-up of trash in courtyard, buzzer system sometimes glitchy, had a package stolen once (only once though). Very high rent prices for the tiny rooms
