Pros: Very well kept building inside and outside, trash area kept clean and maintained. No pest control issues. Cons: Overall building is well maintained and super is responsive, however when there was a leak in the roof no action was taken despite issue being reported for several months, until leak became more severe. This was the only issue I encountered there.
