Tenant Reviews for 45 WALL STREET

I've lived here for a while, it's been pretty nice because I'm paying a little below market for a sublet share. Tenants are boston style semi-fratty post-college doofs. Bland overall The whole thing is convenient in a lot of ways but it's not really a neighborhood. Food options are limited, there's no light... DO NOT SETTLE FOR ONE OF THEIR CAVES - MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THE UPPER FLOORS. Which brings me to Tony the ------ building manager. This miserable little rascal has a chip on his shoulder bigger than his weird haircut. I'm sure there's some tragic element to his story so I should really shut up. But he's an -------. And it's hard to tolerate -------s who are so out of touch with reality.
