The community is amazing, the staff is beyond helpful and location is perfect. I love how London Terrace has so many services available that are inside the building (cleaners, dry cleaning..). Last but not least the beauty of the building and the gardens!

London Terrace Gardens has been my best living experience in NYC. The management and staff go above and beyond in every way. They are friendly and helpful and always offering to help. Even the tenants that I have interacted with are friendly. The apartment was in perfect condition and my move-in experience was the best I've ever had. I am one month in and everything has exceeded my expectations starting with the apartment itself to how the building is run to the external retailers and services (post office, bank, grocery store, good restaurant, etc.) that are tenants of the building.

Wonderful building and so well run and maintained. Highly recommended, spacious apartments, friendly staff and residents, superb services. Iconic building and a great place for both short and long term residents.

Great amenities, location, and staff! Very dog friendly too. Really appreciated the process so far for leasing and for move in. Rent is expensive but that’s the market and I feel like for the space you get and amenities plus community it’s worth it. So far so good 10/10 would recommend!
