A great place to live. Location is unmatched with access to the high line and excellent restaurants just a few moments away. The staff are responsive and caring and truly look out for you. The building is well taken care of - you wouldn’t believe it’s almost 100 years old!

My LTG experience has been limited but absolutely wonderful thus far. The move-in and acclimating process has all been eased by management and the exemplary staff. It is warm, welcoming and professional. The best experience living in NYC yet (and I’ve been here 20 years at some wonderful buildings.)

I love living here. The staff are wonderful, the building gardens and grounds are kept beautifully. The studio with sleeping alcove layout is perfect and the friendly pet policy makes me so happy. You can’t beat the location. .

I love living at London Terrace Gardens! From the touring process, to the signing process and to finally becoming a resident every single step was smooth and management did a great job at over communicating. The services offered and the quality of staff is amazing. I love living here!

LTG is its own beautiful neighborhood that happens to be placed within the best neighborhood in NYC. They'll all know your name before you know it, have treats in their pockets for your dog, ask if you're ok if you're looking a little blue, and be your next chosen family. I can't scream my praises for the people in this building louder. Truly feels like an oasis in the chaos of the greatest city in the world.
