Everyone in the building is very kind and that goes double for the staff. The package, maintenance team and porters work so hard to make this amazing building. I have loved my first two years here at London terrace.

The staff are amazing on the doors and in the mailroom. They do everything they can to make your day better. I think it is very expensive to live here and the management don’t care for long term residents as they can just make more money from new ones

London Terrace is an historical gem in West Chelsea. It is a place for someone who values safety and convenience and good square footage and sized apartments that makes up for some of the older appliances, but in general, it is just a wonderful place to live. Once you set your foot in here it’s very hard to leave or find something in New York City that has the same sized apartments for the value. It feels like a home more than a staged new development - it’s solid.

I have lived at London Terrace Gardens for 3+ years and continue to believe it is one of the best places to live in Chelsea, if not Manhattan. The building is run like a well oiled machine, the people are great, and the apartments are everything you want out of a pre-war building...space, storage, square feet.
