Super wasn't always responsive to issues. Walls/ceilings/floors are thin, easy to hear neighbors walking, playing music, talking, etc. Washer/Dryers occasionally not working well.

Started using online payment service for rent in 2020. easy. Auite had good space. Rent never increased more than 1-3% per year. mgmt company is responsive. Hallways/common areas are loud.
