Pros: The building is fine. Fairly nice units for the price. Newish and clean. Cons: Kind of far from many things. Leasing office tried to screw us in the days before our lease started. Had to threaten legal action to rectify a problem that they said was impossible to fix. Advice to landlord: Make sure the floor plans on the website match the actual floor plans including doors

Pros: - Well maintained - good amenities (package room, rooftop is great, laundry had some issues with drying a year ago but never had an issue in the last 10 months, gym is okay not great at peak times) - didn’t have any pests or utility issues in my year there (15th floor) - Doormen/concierge are very nice & helpful - never issues with neighbors. This could depend where your apt is. This building attracts a young crowd - great view Cons: South tower elevators are awful with one being “modernized” have heard the newly modernized north elevators still have issues. Expect to wait a long time for them. Management not very responsive. Then when they need a response from you, they need it immediately. This gets frustrating Trains not that close but buses do run pretty frequently most of the day Heavy ambulance and helicopter area - can get loud sometimes They force you to pay for their internet which has terrible service sometimes Advice to landlord: Need better responsiveness
