nice bathrooms. Great closet space. Nice finishes. Quiet and nice all around. Amenity spaces have been closed for the entire year with no signs of reopening. Apartment can sometimes experience some noise from Wall Street. Light is just okay given the closeness of other buildings. Great job, no real complaints.

Broperty has great views and a prime location Interiors poorly constructed and maintained. The unit next to mine flooded, warping the floor and resulting in a pest infestation. Owners did not have funds for repairs, and never replaced hallway carpeting that was soaked in flood water.

great bathrooms. Ample closet storage. Quality finishes. Peaceful and pleasant overall. Common areas have remained shut down throughout the year without any indication of reopening soon. The unit occasionally picks up noise from Wall Street. Natural lighting is okay considering the proximity of surrounding structures. Well done, nothing major to gripe about.
