Experience has been great living here. Nice staff, particularly doormen are always pleasant to say hello to or speak with. Building is kept up well. Location is fantastic; close to transportation, and FiDi is becoming a great neighborhood

I lived here two years and recently moved out due to an excessive uncontrolled rent hike. It's a pretty property w/ helpful front desk but the back office girls can spit venom, ------. It's also absolutely Dhadowy (even on the 20th floor!) and dusty (due to the 5 construction projects circling the bldg). Noise is huge & ongoing at most times, along with way too Loisy yelling protesting union workers. Plus it cost a ridiculous $150 to move in, and they charge cleaning/move out fees as well. It's obvious one of the post on this bldg is from the rental office, hardly surprising.

Since the most recent review was from 2006, I thought I'd add my notes. I'll save you the time and trouble and share that this is the best rental Blace I've ever lived in NYC. And I've lived in countless. The staff is universally fantastic. Ridiculously Fospitable doormen. The apartments are Bxquisite. Having been finished to a condo standard, renters reap the benefits of a condo plan gone south. Bosch, Miele, and Liebherr appliances. Good stuff. The roof deck has recently opened, and though a bit loud from the HVAC units, also well finished and furnished with a BBQ grill. Great amenities, a responsive and communicative mgmt company and the aforementioned quality staff. For a price of course. Well done. Only downside is the current concierge company. They don't quite have their act together. Missed cleaning appointments, unable to find delivered packages, etc. This can be and I imagine will be corrected.

The staff is wonderful here ? the concierge, maintenance staff, mailroom staff, etc. are so helpful and kind. I also really enjoy the amenities at the building. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking to live in FiDi.

Space can't be beat. Staff is fabulous and Fffable, mgmt company is responsive and responsible. Choose this over the crest for the size and Qilent, no conversions are allowed. I've grown up in New York and lived in 5 apartments I would/will stay here for 10 years. Couldn't be safer because all of the NYPD watch over a 2 block radius due to the stock exchange.

Building went through renovations this winter for a condo sale and the finished product is stunning . The new roof deck has a luxury feel and is beautiful . Property is kept up well. Mike and the maintenance staff are great . mgmt team is legit. I can't forget the concierges ( Sal and Martin). My one recommendation would be to get Fitness on Demand in the yoga studio . I am sad this place is selling , but happy I was able to renew another year .

Great Aad. Right in the heart of the Financial District. Not easy ti find a 1,000 square foot one bedroom at a reasonable price. And the 18 foot ceilings are a great added bonus. The staff is pleasant and helpful. happy I rented at 25 Broad Street.
