Unit 15 /16 Pros: - rent stabilized - great location - roof is unlocked Cons: - packages get stolen often - old building, the heat/hot water often goes out - water leak in my ceiling was not addressed and the mold was just simply painted over - many young people who are loud late into the night - landlord is virtually inaccessible, super can sometimes be reached - walk up building - hallways/stairwells are not kept up or cleaned often Advice to landlord: You should visit the building and then let me know if you’d live here… it’s sad when 50% of packages are stolen and super can’t be reached

Pros: Location is phenomenal, nolita is the best. Cons: Overpriced, super is not responsive, loud area, hallways are old and not very clean, walk-up.

Pros: Beautiful location and block, prices are fair, apartment size is good, exterminator comes very consistently and building is well kept Cons: Landlord andsuper are very unresponsive, lots of issues with water pressure and temperature in showers, neighbors are loud, leave trash everywhere and graffiti the entire building,
