The apartments are very small and over priced. Only three closets in the three bedroom apartment. The small bedroom doesn’t even have a closet. Terrible lighting throughout. Very loud with the windows/balcony door open from the vents across the street. No screens on balcony door. Mosquitoes were an issue. Mold buildup in the bathrooms after a few months living there. Building refuses to replace A/C-Heaters. They break and they get them serviced or replace from a different apartment. Old appliances and need to be updated. Building staff are wonderful unfortunately they have high turnover. Building management can’t be found and don’t respond to emails.

Nice apartments for the price. Some things I would like to see improved: 1. Better climate control in the building's public areas (halls, lobby, lounge, gym, etc.), particularly in winter. 2. More and better strength-training equipment in the gym (weight/resistance machines, free weights, etc.) 3. Washers and dryers in every apartment, not just some. 4. Curtains (instead of old-fashioned blinds) on apartment windows and balcony doors.

The building good, front desk is friendly, and amenities are great and clean. The only thing lack is the gym doesn't have dumbbell set and bench. I would like to recommend the community to my friends and coworkers.

The cole is a great building in a great neighborhood with access to all of the best things that the upper east side has to offer. The apartments are spacious and updated with new modern fixtures, and the balcony is lovely to enjoy.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the community experience at The Cole so far! The building is well maintained, clean, relatively quiet, and convenient (with easy access to parks, train stations, bus routes, grocers). Living at The Cole has been great.

So far, so good! Management is professional, the building is spotless and well-maintained, and the outdoor space is hard to beat. Plus, there's everything you could wish for within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The best thing about The Cole is the flexible leasing. You can choose the length if your lease which is a big plus. Also the cost of moving in was very low. This is a great place if you don't plan on staying long.

Move in condition of apartment disappointed. I am very good to staff. When they don't reciprocate taints experience. When i apy someone to help with move in and then they dont show for days to finish doesnt make me feel warm and fuzzy. Grateful to leasing / front desk and cleaning staff.

The apartments are very small and they charge above market rate. Our apartment has been infested with cockroaches for the last 3 months and the issue has not yet been resolved. The AC system is very loud and costs a lot of money to run. The location of the building is not great.
