Pros: The amenities and location of this building are like no other. Cons: The construction happening right outside for the next 5-7 years will certainly destroy the neighborhood for a while. Advice to landlord: Don’t up charge current tenants so much given construction.

Pros: The building is well-staffed and in a scenic location next to the water, within walking distance of WTC/Path which is great if you are commuting. Lived in a spacious studio with reasonable rent, decent amenities. Cons: Not sure if it was neighbors or construction, but there was a LOT of noise coming from inside the building at night that I could hear through the walls. The apartment itself was poorly maintained, with the ceiling cracking and paint peeling off of the bathroom walls/doors. I also had an issue with the bathtub drain and water/sewage backing up in the shower throughout the day--maintenance tried several times to fix but were unable to. Also ran into some minor issues with cockroaches (luckily building staff/exterminator services will really helpful). Advice to landlord: Better upkeep of the apartments

Unit 18K Pros: Big apartments, friendly and welcoming staff, clean premises, great location Cons: Apartment wasn’t cleaned before move in. The paint on the walls and some of the closet door and stuff is bit old and just painted over without too much effort. Elevators are been replaced which is causing a lot of delay for people to go up or down

Unit 15G Pros: Being in a large apartment complex, you get all the amenities! The tenants are all really nice, the pool is great for the summer, and you are next to everything you need (food, errands, and exercise). There’s a maintenance team and they are somewhat responsive. Cons: Lots of families and pets. Not a bad thing, but screaming kids and the smell of dog pee isn’t great every time you leave your apartment.

Pros: Really nice area along the water. Although they're about to start 5 years of major construction along the water. Neighbors are friendly for the most part. Cons: I do not have working heat or air conditioning. My electric bill in the winter is over $1000 for a 1 bedroom in spite of the heat not working. Maintenance just closes my tickets without fixing anything. We've had 4 major fires in the last few months. The building management was aggressive/retailiatory when I asked about fixing the heat.
