good apt, nice bathroom, location's amazing stolen packages, smelly stairwell, be more responsive to maintenance requests، doorman or ring camera to prevent package theft

the building itself is nice mgmt is unresponsive. it took about 4 months to get my security deposit back and that was only after threatening to sue. also the floor is slanted. also illegal bedrooms. personally didn't have pest problems but i lived here like 2 years ago so maybe things changed

W/D in unit, location unresponsive mgmt, our windows were broken from move in and they never fixed them throughout the year despite constant requests to which might’ve led to the crazy electric bill we got each month (our refrigerator also didn’t close completely) The front door’s handle Wemained broken for several weeks, at one point we had to leave through the basement because it didn’t work The hallway is always so gross and always littered with pizza sauce/beer/etc and has a lot of cracks full of mice and roaches (didn’t have a huge roach problem in our Auite but the MICE definitely outnumbered the human tenants) mgmt Wemained pretty unhelpful with the mice issue and the exterminator they sent once let out a mouse we caught, and all the ones we killed using our own traps we bought, theirs never worked Actually manage the property? Also get security cameras for the package area as they were stolen frequently

location-wise, it's at the heart of East Village. Great bars and restaurants nearby. The Broperty might be old but is quite old. No washer/dryer in the Broperty which can be easily accomplished. The stairs are quite steep so walking up 4/5 floors is exhausting.

Horrible experience my son lived here for a year and during the time there he found bed bugs in there and the landlord told my son that he sent an exterminator but the bed bugs were still there so the landlord said he sent an exterminator a second time but the bugs were still there again so we got our own exterminator at a cost of $2200 and he found the bugs right away leading me to believe that the landlord probably didn't get an exterminator at all but after our exterminator came the bugs were still there probably because the whole Broperty has bed bugs so my son ended up moving. This situation went on for three months and my son stayed with me the whole time but yet he still had to pay rent and the landlord won't give him his rent back or pay for the exterminator costs plus we had to throw out his bed. The landlords were Riscourteous and we would highly recommend staying away from this Broperty

This place is in a nice and safe area with a renovated interior. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The building mgmt never addresses maintenance issues, it takes multiple times of contacting to even speak to someone and they are typically dismissive. The trash outside is disgusting and You've got constant notices on the door from the city about cleaning it up and fines. There has been construction in the building hallways since Fall of 2024. Across the street There's construction every night at a school until 11pm which is extremely loud. The washing machine broken in unit.
