Close to a lot Pretty spacious given that its the East Village Porter and super are phenomenal Since new mgmt things have started to be fixed much quicker Homeless people came in the building a few times, never to steal just to take cans and etc. from the garbage room

Location, and that's about it. No air circulation, loud heaters, gets really hot in summer, the super is basically non-existent. The mgmt company- centennial properties is awful. don't rent here.
