Pros: High ceilings, many units south facing with amazing natural light, spacious units for the area, nice classic vibe to building Cons: Kitchen is a bit small and appliances were a bit dated, a 4th floor walkup can be tricky Advice to landlord: Keep renovating appliances to keep up with the competition, otherwise keep up the great work
